Fees, guarantee and track record

One fixed fee. Not a percentage of what you pay your pharmacist.

We will not publish the number, and here is the honest reason: the fee depends on the role and we would rather quote it than have you read a figure for the wrong one. Ask and you get it in writing, with the terms, before anything starts.

Why structure beats price

The percentage model pays the recruiter more for placing an expensive pharmacist.

That is the whole objection. A contingent fee of 15 to 30% of the package means your recruiter’s interest and yours separate at exactly the moment you are negotiating salary — and it penalises you hardest on the senior roles that are already the hardest to fill.

On a $110,000 package, the gap between the cheapest and the dearest percentage quote you will be given is $16,500 — for filling the same vacancy.

The dashed line is not to scale — our figure is not published. What it shows is that it does not move: the same number on a $60,000 package and a $160,000 one, quoted in writing before we start.

What the market chargesWhat we charge

Market range from ManpowerGroup Australia, April 2026: 15–20% entry level, 18–25% mid-level, 20–30%+ senior or hard to fill.

The guarantee

Three months, and it covers both ways the placement can fail.

Permanent placements

If the placement ends within three months of starting — whether they resign or you terminate — we replace them. Most published guarantees in this market cover only one of those two.

Locum bookings

Cancel up to 48 hours before the booking starts and there is no charge.

The record

The only claim in this market nobody else can make.

No agency can see past its own guarantee period. We recruit into a network we help run, so we know what happened to the people we placed two and three years ago.

94%of the people we have placed are still in the role we placed them into — 32 of 34, since August 2023
2placements lost in three years. That is the whole number, not a selected sample
Severalof those placements have since become working partners in the pharmacies they joined

Thirty-four placements since August 2023. Two have left. Everyone else is still there. Two more were moved to a second pharmacy in the same group rather than lost to the market, and one introduced a family member who now works in the network too. We publish the denominator as well as the percentage, because a retention rate without one is marketing.

No agency can tell you this about itself. A recruiter paid on placement stops watching at the end of its guarantee period, and has no commercial reason to look further. We recruit into a network we help run, so we know what happened to people we placed three years ago.

Tell us about the vacancy.

You will get the fee in writing, a view on whether the role is fillable as written, and a realistic time to fill — before you commit to anything.
