For pharmacy owners

Overseas-qualified pharmacists, checked before you see them.

Pharmacists trained overseas who hold Ahpra registration and meet a high English standard, listed with the highlights you need to decide whether to talk. Tell us who you are, agree to hear about overseas applicants, and once we have approved you the profiles open.

What you see

Enough to decide whether to talk. Nothing more.

  • First name
  • Qualifications and the institution each came from
  • An Ahpra verified tick, once we have confirmed the registration on the public register
  • Visa situation, so you know whether sponsorship is involved
  • The Profile summary from the pharmacist’s resume

Surnames, contact details and documents are not shown. The pharmacist decides whether to go further.

How it works

Four steps.

  1. Request access. Your details, your pharmacy, and your agreement that we can contact you about overseas-qualified applicants.
  2. We approve you. Every owner is checked by hand. You get an email when access is on.
  3. Look through the profiles. Log in on this page at any time.
  4. Request an introduction. One click on any profile. We speak to the pharmacist first, then come back to you.

Checked first

What we check before anyone is listed.

Every pharmacist has uploaded their academic transcript, English test result, OPRA statement and Ahpra registration, and built their resume in our CV builder. A person at TalentWell reads the documents and confirms the registration on the public Ahpra register before a profile goes live.

Only pharmacists at IELTS 8.0 in listening and speaking, or the same level in another test, can be listed. That is above the Ahpra registration standard.

If a pharmacist needs sponsorship, our visa sponsorship guide explains what is involved.
