For pharmacists registered overseas

Put your profile in front of Australian pharmacy owners.

Owners in Australia who are open to an overseas-qualified pharmacist have no easy way to see who is out there. This page is how they find you. Register once, upload your documents and build your resume here. When a person at TalentWell has checked everything, approved owners see a short profile of you and can ask us for an introduction.

How it works

Four steps, and nothing is shown until we have checked it.

  1. Create your profile. Your Ahpra registration number, your English test result, your visa situation, your documents and your resume, built in our CV builder.
  2. We check it by hand. We read your documents and look up your registration on the public Ahpra register. Until that is done, no owner sees anything.
  3. Approved owners see a short profile. Your first name, your qualifications and where you studied, an Ahpra verified tick, your visa situation and the Profile summary from your resume.
  4. An owner asks to meet you. We contact you first. Your contact details go to no one without your agreement.

What you need

Have these ready before you start.

  • Ahpra registration, provisional or higher, and your registration number. You cannot list without it.
  • An English test result at IELTS 8.0 in listening and speaking, or the same level in another test (see below).
  • Your academic transcript.
  • Your OPRA statement.
  • Evidence of your Ahpra registration.
  • Your visa situation, and your visa evidence if you already hold one.
  • Your resume, which you build on this page with the TalentWell CV builder.

One rule decides whether owners see you.

To be listed you need IELTS 8.0 in both listening and speaking, or the same level in one of the tests below. Your reading and writing scores are recorded, but they do not decide listing. If your listening or speaking is below the level, your profile is saved but not shown to owners, and you can add a newer result at any time.

OET and PTE changed on 7 August 2025. A result from before that date is not on the same scale, so we check it by hand.

This is higher than the Ahpra registration standard. It is the level we use before presenting anyone to an owner.

Your privacy

What owners never see.

Your surname, email, phone number, address, test scores and documents are never shown on your profile. Documents are stored privately and read only by TalentWell. You can hide your profile from owners at any time by logging in.

2. Ahpra registration

You need an Ahpra registration — provisional or higher — to list. We check your number against the public register before anything goes to owners.

3. English test

Enter your result for each part of the test, then attach the certificate. To be shown to owners you need IELTS 8.0 in both listening and speaking, or the same level in another test. Reading, writing and overall are recorded but do not decide listing.
