TalentWell came out of a pharmacy group. We manage a national network of pharmacies across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia, and we built this because recruiting for them one store at a time was losing us good people to faster competitors.
Why it matters
We know what the job actually is
A career recruiter is inferring the role, the store and what an owner can pay. We are doing those three things on a Tuesday.
We recruit into our own network
Which means we see what happened to a placement three years later. No agency paid on placement has that visibility, or any reason to want it.
We will not send you a candidate to close a job
The commercial temptation in this industry is to meet the bare minimum of the brief, collect the fee and move on. A fixed fee removes most of that pressure; hiring into our own stores removes the rest.
Pharmacy only, so far
That is the market we know and where the vacancy network and candidate pool already exist.
